Letting patients & nurses videos launch the product

To let patients and nurses explain the benefits of a new catheter.

Hollister introduced a new pocket version of their catheter and it was decided that as the product was so well received by nurses and patients it would be good to spread that enthusiasm for the product. Quadrant suggested that a series of patient videos describing how the new product impacted their lives and nurse videos to sell the benefits to other nurses should be created. The resulting videos were widely used by the sales team to present to nurses and also for patient communication via social media and through associations.
