Awards programme

To brand and create an event to celebrate the Corporate Social Responsibility Programmes (CSR) undertaken across EMEA region by J&J companies.

Quadrant worked closely with the Trust team to develop an awards programme to recognise the CSR work of the J&J companies across the EMEA region. We helped to create material to promote a call for entries to the event and develop an online platform to allow voting by J&J employees across the region. Quadrant subsequently helped to stage an awards ceremony in Athens (to coincide with a Trust CSR conference), this included, awards, branding, video openings and presentations. The awards programme has been expanded since 2014; in 2015 it was staged at INSEAD in Paris and to date over 85,000 euros have been won by teams across J&J for their individual CSR projects.
