A Truly Global Conference
Creating a global event to celebrate the world's largest market research agency's 25th Anniversary.
When Research International reached its 25th Anniversary the company was keen to celebrate with a forward looking event rather than echoing the past. Working with the client Quadrant helped to create a theme and approach to the events. It was decided that as the organisation was a truly international concern the conference would be a 24 hour conference under the common theme of "Brands facing the Future". A single invitation was developed offering clients the ability to attend the conference in Singapore, London or New York. After each conference there was a client and staff party. In addition the conference was web cast allowing clients who could not attend to log on to the website. As a result of the conference the presentations were packaged on CD and published in a Book which was sent to all clients. The event provided RI with a positive platform to celebrate the anniversary, to market their global expertise to clients and the day, through publications.
